Your HTC ONE can now be updated with the latest jellybean 4.2.2 MIUI custom ROm which comes with stock android look and feel.While this Rom is light and simple you will have to note that this is not a official firmware by HTC.It is a custom ROM built for your device by the MIUI team.

Procedures:-
Tip: If your HTC One refuses to boot up or say gets into the boot loop mode, then you need to re-apply the whole process from the start so as to make sure that the device is updated with this firmware
Pre Requirement:-
- Backup your device with Titanium Backup.
- Your device should be rooted to install this custom Rom.If you have not rooted your device you can head over Here
- Switch on the USB debugging from the developers option in the settings menu.
- Your phone should be at least 85% charged.
- Install the Root checker application form the Play store to check if your device is rooted.No device comes with pre root access.You need to work on it to get a root access.

Procedures:-
- Root your device first if it is not rooted Click here
- Download the file from Here
- Now place the file in your sdcard.
- Turn off your device and enter into recovery mode via bootloader mode.
- The Boot loader mode in HTC One X can be entered by pressing Volume UP Key + OK button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button. If the phone boots in the normal mode then you need to try again to enter into the boot loader mode.
- Now select recovery in bootloader mode.
- Now select wipedata/Factory reset and wipe cahce partition for a clean installation.
- Now select "install zip from SDcard".
- Select the zip file which you have copied in the sdcard.
- Choose Android Revolution HD.
- It will take at least six to seven minuted to install the zip file once that is done your device will reboot and it will take long time to reboot so be patience.
- Once it is up and running you are Done enjoy the new HD look for your device.
